Creating Orders:

When you Create an Order it is marked pending and you must change the status to APPROVED in order to submit it. An order than is PENDING is not an order. It is on hold until you mark it Approved. This allows you to price out your order and finalize it before submitting it.

Creating an APPROVED Sales Order in MOMS is the same as giving In2it a Purchase Order. It is a commitment to buy.

Once your order is marked approved, it will remain OPEN (you can add to it) until the order deadline. Once it is marked PROCESSING by In2it you will no longer be able to add to it (you must create a new Sales Order).

Deadline for orders:

  • Order deadline for Metal Mafia only: Tuesdays at 1pm (ships ~4 business days later)
  • Order deadline for Wildcat only: Fridays at 1pm (ships ~10 business days later)
  • Order deadline when ordering both Metal Mafia & Wildcat: Fridays at 1pm (ships 10 business days later, unless you specific that you which Metal Mafia items to ship separately – extra shipping charges apply)

Piercing Basics:

If you need items in a hurry, 316L externally threaded piercing basics, Bioflex and piercing needles are usually in stock and can ship within 24hrs (do not order specialty items if you want your order shipped right away), Put SHIP ASAP in the Notes box

Orders that include medical supplies can usually ship within 2 – 3 days. Put SHIP ASAP in the Notes box.

Payment:

NEW CLIENTS: your first order must be paid by credit card. Please fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form Thereafter you may choose to pay by COD. Payments are processed manually by In2it. If you choose a credit card payment method you must have a credit card on file.
